Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy across speech, language, feeding and swallowing, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN schedules with weekday, after-school and Saturday options, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support clinicians and their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• CFYs/new graduates encouraged to apply; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop plans.
• Provide evidence-based pediatric speech therapy for articulation, language, feeding and fluency.
• Deliver sessions focused on functional communication and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate families on strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPAs, nurses and other clinicians.
• Maintain compliant documentation and regulatory records.
