You will evaluate speech, language, and feeding needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Innovative spirit with a demonstrated history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly minimum patient visits as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork on time.
• Meet with agency personnel to ensure understanding of expectations and standards.
• Comply with all agency policies, procedures, laws and codes.
