THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-health services across Texas. You will evaluate needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support children's communication and feeding goals.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs.
• Proficiency with common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Engage with agency personnel to maintain expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, rules, and laws for home-health pediatric SLP.
