Therapy 2000 is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy across Texas. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and feeding needs, coordinating with families and care teams to support progress in a familiar home setting.

You will design individualized treatment plans, implement therapy per physician orders, and monitor progress with caregivers. The role requires flexibility and strong communication with a patient-centered focus.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Innovative, reliable, and flexible in a dynamic setting.
• Proficient with common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers in patients' networks.
• Complete weekly patient visits as required and maintain records.
