THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across families and communities. You will evaluate, plan, and implement speech, language, and feeding supports in collaboration with caregivers and physicians.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, travel to patient visits, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality home-based care. Bilingual skills and a passion for improving outcomes are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum patient visit requirements weekly.
• Complete chart updates and progress summaries timely.
• Engage with agency staff to maintain high care standards.
• Comply with all policies, regulations, and laws governing home-health SLPs.
