Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly.
• Maintain charts, progress notes, and logs on time.
• Engage agency staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Follow agency policies, ethics, and applicable regulations.
