Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based services across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy tailored to each child’s needs in the home setting.

Role emphasizes collaboration with families and care teams, with flexibility to adapt to patient needs and travel to patient visits. Strong clinical judgment and communication are essential for successful care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active TX licensure to practice SLP
• Innovative, reliable professional with flexibility
• Comfort with basic workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser)
• Includes bilingual preferred in some cases (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement therapy plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly visit quotas and complete charting promptly.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.
