Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy across Texas. You will evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans, collaborating with families and a care team to support child growth and communication.

Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
Create home exercise programs with caregivers.

Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly.
Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
Maintain understanding of agency expectations and standards for care.
