Job summary

THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team delivering pediatric services in home settings.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and other providers to support each child’s growth and goals.

Qualifications

Requires a current Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
Innovative spirit with reliability and adaptability.
Proficient with laptop, phone, email, and web browser.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
Coordinate care with other providers in the patient’s network.
Maintain timely charting and documentation.
Deliver high-quality care in compliance with agency policies.
