Job summary

Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support home-based pediatric therapy. You’ll evaluate, plan treatment, and collaborate with families and physicians to support each child’s growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years pediatric experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in clients' homes. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current/active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork on schedule.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for delivering high-quality care.
• Adhere to agency policies and laws governing home-health pediatric SLP work.
