Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required.
• Maintain timely chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Coordinate with agency staff to meet expectations and standards.
• Ensure all duties comply with agency policies and regulations.
