THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy across Texas families. You will assess, diagnose, and treat children in their homes with a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed by the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and required paperwork on time.
• Collaborate with agency staff to maintain care quality and standards.
• Comply with agency policies, procedures and applicable laws.
