Qualifications

• Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
• Proficiency with common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).
• Bonus: 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
• Experience in home-health settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines for patient-centered outcomes.
• Meet weekly minimum patient visit requirements as defined by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress notes, and call logs on time.
• Collaborate with agency staff to maintain high-quality patient care standards.
• Adhere to all policies, regulations, and laws governing home-health pediatric SLP services.
