Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-health services across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy, and collaborate with families and providers to support each child’s growth and potential in familiar home settings.

The role requires flexibility to adapt to patient needs and to perform essential documentation and coordination for high-quality care. A supportive team and ongoing CE opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care with other providers and disciplines in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws in home-health pediatric SLP practice.
