Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for home-based pediatric therapy, focusing on speech, occupational, and physical therapy tailored to each child. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy, coordinating with caregivers and other providers to support patient progress.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care within patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress notes, logbooks and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with agency personnel to ensure understanding of expectations and standards for quality care.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws in home-health pediatric SLP.
• Maintain compliance with codes of ethics and regulations.
