Job summary

Little Therapies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CCC or CF to join our outpatient team. This role offers flexible full- or part-time scheduling and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on pediatric therapy and autism support.

You will evaluate children, develop plans of care, implement therapy to improve communication and social skills, document services in our EMR, and supervise SLPAs when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma SLP license (or eligibility) required.
• Interest or experience with pediatric populations, including autism.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma SLP (temp or full) license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
