Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and team orientation.
• Bilingual Spanish-English SLPs/SLPAs may receive a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans for pediatric patients.
• Document services using our easy-to-use EMR system.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and CFs.

What You’ll Do

• ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• ✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• ✔️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• ✅ SLPA – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• ✅ Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• ✅ Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
