Job summary

Therapitas is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF/SLPA for an outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on pediatric evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support Spanish-speaking families.

The position offers full-time hours, a bilingual Spanish-English environment, and opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and licensure support, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or pending graduation from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with EMR to meet standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows as appropriate.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.

Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
