Job summary

THERAPITAS in Oklahoma City is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF/SLPA for our outpatient clinic. This full-time, on-site role focuses on pediatric therapy with a bilingual Spanish-English emphasis and multilingual assessment training.

You will evaluate and treat children, document in our EMR, and collaborate with OTs, PTs, and therapists while supervising SLPAs, grad students, and fellows as appropriate. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program or expected graduation.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
