Job summary

Little Therapies in Tulsa, OK seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient team. You will conduct evaluations and develop plans of care for children, implement targeted therapy, and document services in our EMR system to support high-quality care.

Collaborate with OTs and SLPs; supervise by licensed SLPs; requires SLPA degree and Oklahoma license eligibility.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma SLPA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics and working with children.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication and social skills.
• Document services with EMR to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs and other team members for comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows.
