Therapitas is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF/SLPA for our Outpatient Clinic in Oklahoma City. You will join a multidisciplinary team providing therapy to children and their Spanish-speaking families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP/Communication Sciences & Disorders or equivalent
• Oklahoma SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Pediatrics experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans for pediatric patients
• Document services in EMR to meet clinical standards
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide supervision/guidance to SLPAs and trainees where applicable

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For

• SLP – Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA – Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
