Job summary

Therapitas in Oklahoma City seeks a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF for outpatient clinic services. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering therapy to Spanish-speaking families and children across Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CF credential or eligibility to obtain CF (Clinical Fellowship).
• Oklahoma SLP license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services in EMR to meet standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members for comprehensive care.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs and graduate students as applicable.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
