Job summary

Therapitas in Oklahoma City is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF for our outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support bilingual Spanish-English families.

We offer Spanish immersion, mentorship, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Licensure as an Oklahoma SLP or CF eligibility required; experience in pediatrics a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma SLP license, CF, or SLPA license or eligible to obtain.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics.
• Bilingual Spanish-English candidates considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services with EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and SLPs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide supervision to SLPAs and graduate students depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• SLP - Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics - Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
