Job summary

THERAPITAS is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist/CF for our pediatric outpatient clinic in Oklahoma City, OK. Join a multidisciplinary team serving Spanish-speaking families and help children reach their fullest potential.

The role involves evaluating pediatric patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with OTs/PTs. Licensure in Oklahoma or eligibility is required, with CF supervision possible and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences & Disorders from an accredited program.
• Oklahoma SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
• CFY/CF eligible or pursuing CF supervision.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services using EMR to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduates, and CFs as appropriate.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For

• SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics - Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
