Pure Joy Pediatrics is a general pediatric practice located in Portland, OR. We are seeking a warm, energetic Front Desk Manager to welcome families and support a smooth patient experience.

You’ll greet patients, schedule visits, encourage Google reviews, and maintain efficient front desk operations. This part-time role offers a flexible 2-3 day per week schedule and a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and families with warmth, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Schedule & Follow-Up – Ensure patients book their next visit before leaving.
• Encourage Growth – Request and collect Google reviews to help the practice reach more families.
• Provide outstanding service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Manage phone calls, e-mail, incoming fax, and patient check-in/check-out with professionalism.
• Work closely with providers and staff for a seamless experience for families.
