Job summary

nt4kids.org is seeking an organized, compassionate Access Coordinator & Scheduler to join our pediatric therapy clinic in Oregon City, OR. This full-time, in-office role handles intake, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure timely access to care.

You will manage referrals, maintain the EHR, and support families throughout onboarding with attentive customer service. A High school diploma is required with 1–2 years in medical scheduling or related healthcare support preferred; bilingual Spanish

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in pediatric, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, scheduling workflows, and authorizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create new client and referral records in the EHR system.
• Enter and maintain demographic and insurance information.
• Manage referral sources and provider details.
• Document intake concerns and summaries.
• Upload and organize intake documents.
• Initiate and monitor intake workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling across clinicians.
• Communicate availability and updates to families.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service.
