Job summary

UnityPoint Health – Des Moines is seeking a Full-Time Night shift RN for the Pediatrics B4- Meth unit, with 7pm-7am schedule and every 4th weekend/holiday rotation. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for eligible hires, including residents, with relocation support for qualifying moves.

The unit focuses on pediatric hematology and oncology, offering a dynamic, compassionate team environment and opportunities for residency completion and professional growth within acute inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Newly licensed RN with eligibility for Iowa licensure.
• Participation in RN residency program required.

Responsibilities

• Complete RN residency within the first 12 months.
• Provide direct nursing care for pediatric patients in acute inpatient unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Adhere to Iowa Nursing Regulations and ANA Code of Ethics.
