Job summary

UnityPoint Health–Des Moines is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for the 7p-7:30am night shift with weekend and holiday rotation. A limited-time $20,000 RN sign-on bonus is offered for full-time roles hired or offered between April 1 and July 31, 2026, with milestone payouts.

Relocation up to $10,000 is available for relocations over 50 miles. The 3 West Orthopedics unit provides a family atmosphere in a 34-bed unit, focusing on total hip and knee replacements, within a compassionate

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Newly licensed nurse or less than 12 months acute RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Registered Nurse as defined in Iowa Nursing Regulations and Practice Act.
• Provides nursing care for patients and families within UnityPoint Health-Des Moines clinical model.
• Collaborates with care team to deliver patient-centered care and participate in Residency program within first 12 months.
