Qualifications

• RN with pediatric care experience or new graduate with strong clinical readiness.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; current Iowa RN license and BLS required.
• Eligibility for pediatric specialty training and cross-training in NICU/Birthplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered care to pediatric patients on nights.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and care team for patient goals.
• Document accurately in real time and ensure patient safety.
