Job summary

UnityPoint Health – Des Moines is offering a $20,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time eligible RNs hired into acute inpatient roles. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available for offers over 50 miles.

The RN Residency program applies to new graduates. Shift is Day/Night rotation 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a with every 4th weekend and holiday rotation, in the Emergency Department‑ Luth. UnityPoint Health supports growth with a competitive Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license in good standing.
• Newly licensed or <12 months acute RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients and families per ANA standards.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and chemistry dependency teams in ED.
• Participate in residency program if applicable and complete required onboarding.
