Job summary

UnityPoint Health - Des Moines is seeking registered nurses for full-time night shifts (7pm–7:30am) on Younker 7, with a 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. The unit handles a wide range of medical conditions in an acute care setting and collaborates with the Physician Internal Medicine Residency Program.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible RNs hired into acute inpatient roles between April 1 and October 31, 2026, with relocation assistance up to $10,000 for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Registered Nurse as defined by Iowa Nursing Regulations and ANA Code for Nurses.
• Participates in RN Residency program if newly licensed or less than 12 months acute RN experience.
