The role requires floating to LCH, Cabarrus, University, Pineville, and Union facilities. Part-time status with a $50.00 per hour pay range, no benefits eligibility, and on-site deployment.

The position emphasizes nursing judgment, patient/family engagement, and adherence to safety protocols within a dynamic care setting. RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the practicing state.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• BSN preferred; active multi-state license acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.

• Float to facilities within the service area as needed.
