Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Charlotte area to float across venues within the Resource Team. The position is full-time (36 hours/week) and benefits-eligible, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the care team across zones including CMC, Mercy, Lake Norman, University, Cabarrus & Stanly.

Qualifications

• RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; coordinate with the care team.
