Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Resource Team in Charlotte. The role requires floating to LCH, Cabarrus, University, Pineville, and Union facilities. This part-time position offers no benefits eligibility and a $50.00 hourly pay range.

The RN will use the nursing process, participate in governance, and ensure patient safety while delivering evidence-based care. BLS and an RN license are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served; multi-state compact preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN degree preferred; related certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality initiatives and governance to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety and effective teamwork.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and handoffs.
