• Monitor the daily schedule, appointments, no-shows, cancellations, and wait-list appointments.
• Inventory and order supplies; stock department rooms as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe treatment areas and store items properly.
• Ensure expired items and refrigerator temperatures are monitored and corrected.
• Collaborate with clinical engineering for missing equipment.
• Deliver instruments to sterile processing or related departments.
• Greet patients and families; maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Manage telephone calls and document information to support clinic operations.
