Job summary

Children's Wisconsin seeks a Sports PTOT Supervisor for Ambulatory Therapies to oversee pediatric care teams across Delafield, Cedarburg, and Mequon. The role drives staffing, schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards, while partnering with the Ambulatory Manager/Director on operational plans.

The incumbent will coach clinicians, manage budgets, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead quality-improvement initiatives in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 2+ years in SLP/PT/OT with pediatric experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises professional, administrative and technical personnel providing care.
• Monitors clinic operations and leads daily huddles to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Develops staffing plans and approves ATS time verification.
• Monitors supplies and equipment needed for patient care.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and supports leaders to implement changes.
• Partners with stakeholders to improve patient experience and service delivery.
