Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our collaborative pediatric team helping children with special needs achieve meaningful progress. This is a full-time on-site role in North Little Rock, AR with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

As an RBT, you will implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA, contribute to daily data collection, and assist in updating graphs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active BACB RBT credential.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and update graphs.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA (ABC data collection).
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed.
• Apply teaching procedures based on behavior modification.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes and data in the designated system.
• Maintain safe, clean, and sanitary learning environment.
• Communicate with parents and staff in a professional manner.
