Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sherwood, Arkansas. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior analytic services and support individualized treatment plans for children with special needs.

The role requires an active RBT credential, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain data, update graphs, and comply with HIPAA. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00+ per hour for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credential with BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and graph updates.
• Enter data collected and report to supervising BCBA.
