Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our collaborative pediatric team in Conway, AR. You will provide direct behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA to support children with special needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credentials through the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the BCBA to deliver behavior analytic services.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan to achieve outcomes.
• Perform daily data collection and update graphs.
• Enter data and report results to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA using ABC data.
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions per the skill acquisition program.
• Apply teaching procedures based on behavior modification decisions.
