Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Alma, AR is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate team and help children diagnosed with special needs achieve meaningful progress under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior analytic services, collect data, prepare materials, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment offering competitive pay, PTO, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies, and documents.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection.
• Enter data and update graphs; report data to the BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments (ABC data collection).
• Prepare and implement all materials for sessions as directed.
• Implement teaching procedures based on BCBA-determined interventions.
• Store notes and data in compliant software; ensure HIPAA privacy.
• Maintain a safe, clean learning environment and supervise children as needed.
• Communicate with parents and staff in a caring, professional manner.
