Pediatrics Plus seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to implement behavior-analytic services under the close supervision of a BCBA. You will contribute to the Individualized Treatment Plan, daily data collection, and data reporting to the supervising BCBA.

The role requires active RBT credentials, a background check, and the ability to work with children from birth to age 21 and their families. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Active RBT credentials through the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and graph updates.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA (ABC data).
• Prepare materials for all sessions and implement teaching procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and secure data.
