Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement behavior analytic plans, collect data, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful progress for clients.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT credential, pass background checks, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and patience in fast-paced pediatric settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credentials through the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in the implementation of the IT Plan created by the BCBA.
• Participate in daily data collection.
• Enter data and update graphs, reporting to BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA (ABC data collection).
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed.
• Implement teaching procedures based on BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPPA-compliant data storage and confidentiality.
• Maintain supervision of the child and professional conduct.
• Represent the program positively to parents and the public.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary learning environment.
