Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in North Little Rock is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a collaborative pediatric team delivering evidence-based therapy. You will work under the close supervision of a BCBA, assist with data collection, implement treatment plans, and help maintain a safe, learning-focused environment for children from birth to age 21.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and an active BACB RBT credential; background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT credential through BACB required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and graphing updates.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments such as ABC data collection.
• Prepare materials and implement teaching procedures per the skill acquisition program.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and secure data.
