Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Arkadelphia, Arkansas seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision, delivering personalized interventions. You will collect data, update graphs, and collaborate with the BCBA and care team to support children ages birth to 21 with special needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credentials through the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and update graphs.
• Enter data collected and report data to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA (e.g., ABC data collection).
• Prepare and implement materials for all sessions as directed by the skill acquisition program.
• Implement teaching procedures based on behavior modification determined by the BCBA.
