Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Cabot, Arkansas, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team. The RBT will implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision, support ITP goals, collect data, and help maintain a safe, engaging therapeutic environment for children up to age 21.

Ideal candidates hold an active BACB RBT credential, a high school diploma, and are committed to compliant, ethical practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credential through the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Conduct daily data collection and input data into systems.
• Update graphs and report data to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA (ABC data collection).
• Prepare materials for sessions and implement teaching procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes, data, and documentation.
• Ensure supervision of the child at all times and maintain a safe environment.
• Represent the program positively to parents, visitors, and staff.
• Comply with BACB ethics requirements.
