Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home pediatric physical therapy services in San Marcos, TX and surrounding areas. This role provides hands-on interventions under a supervising therapist, following established treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with flexibility, ongoing mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including CEU and license reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year pediatric/home health PTA experience.
• Preferred: experience with medically complex children.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on PTA services under supervision.
• Implement pediatric PT treatment plans.
• Help improve mobility, balance, coordination and functional independence.
• Educate families on home exercise programs.
• Monitor and report progress to supervising therapist.
• Coordinate care with clinical team.
• Document services in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
