Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome).
Current CPR certification is necessary.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based pediatric PT in home and community.
Perform evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
Help children build or regain physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional skills.
Document care in the EMR system.
