Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Practice Manager for the Behavioral and Mental Health team, supporting two locations and coordinating with psychiatrists and therapists. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, patient flow, and the patient/family experience to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare operations with strong financial, HR, and systems background, plus familiarity with Epic and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, human resources, and systems background
• Experience in a physician practice setting
• Demonstrated experience in various systems/software/technology components, e.g., Microsoft, Epic
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
• Master's in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day practice operations in collaboration with clinical operations leaders
• Identify and implement opportunities for access, quality, revenue, and expense improvements
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to providers and clinic staff
• Forecast and manage operational and capital budgets with variance reporting
• Manage revenue cycle processes including charge capture, collections, coding, and denials
• Ensure backend processes support patient throughput and financial viability
• Oversee expansion projects and operational policies across locations
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate KPIs progress
• Mentor team members and encourage ongoing skill development
