Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day practice operations across multiple locations. You will drive staffing, access, patient throughput, and financial performance while partnering with clinical operations leaders.

The role requires 5 years in healthcare operations with strong financial, HR, and systems background; familiarity with Microsoft and Epic is preferred. MBA or related field is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operations with strong financial, HR, and systems background.
• Experience in a physician practice setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day practice operations, staffing, resources, access, patient throughput, and reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities for gains in access, quality, revenue, and expense control.
• Provide onboarding and continued support to providers (schedules, reimbursement, clinic initiatives, staff concerns).
• Forecast and develop operational and capital budgets with monthly variance reporting and corrective actions.
• Manage practice-based revenue cycle, charge capture, reconciliation, collections, coding, and denial monitoring.
• Ensure backend processes support patient throughput and financial viability in a practice.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress toward KPIs.
• Oversee expansion projects and related implementation.
