Nicklaus Children's Health System seeks an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead medical practice operations across the pediatric enterprise. You will partner with physicians and medical directors to optimize day-to-day performance and ensure alignment with system standards.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a medical practice setting or hospital-based departments (OR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue maximization, billing/collections, and daily charge reconciliations.
• Collaborate with leaders on vendor management and budgeting processes.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise daily department operations including patient flow and customer service.
• Manage staffing levels and staff development, including hiring and orientation of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, health care regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Security and Facilities to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
